The Madeline M. Bills Scholarship honors Madeline’s commitment to a life of compassion and helping others.
The 2025-26 Application is now closed and will reopen in January, 2026.
Applicants shall provide a personal statement about their experience with community service and acts of kindness, including a demonstration of goodwill and how they spread love and light throughout their community.

Criteria: Female athlete committed to playing women’s basketball at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in the fall. The scholarship is $1500 for the school year.
